Choosing paint colors can feel overwhelming. Undertones, lighting, and finishes all play a role in how a color actually looks in your home. As a trained color expert, I’ll help you avoid costly mistakes and create a palette that feels timeless, cohesive, and tailored to your space.

• 60-minute consultation (virtual or in-person)

Design Kick-Starter Consultations

Need a designer's eye, but want to take it from there yourself?

The Design Kick-Starter is a focused, 60-minute consultation designed to give you professional direction, answer your design questions, and help you feel confident about your next steps. Bring your questions, inspiration, floor plans, photos, product options, or problem areas, and we'll use our hour together to work through as much as we can.

This is a collaborative consultation rather than a full design service. I'll provide professional recommendations and direction during our meeting, and you'll take it from there.

Great for:

• Getting professional feedback on a room or design direction

• Reviewing furniture, rugs, lighting, art, or decor you're considering

• Talking through furniture placement and layout ideas

• Reviewing renovation plans, finishes, or selections

• Getting styling and finishing-touch advice

• Working through several smaller design questions

• Getting a second opinion before making an expensive purchase or design decision

What's included:

• One 60-minute virtual or in-person consultation

• Real-time professional design advice and recommendations

• A follow-up recap of the recommendations discussed during our meeting

What to Expect

The goal of the Design Kick-Starter is to give you the professional guidance you need to move your project forward yourself. Because our time is limited to one hour, I recommend coming prepared with your highest-priority questions so we can make the most of our session.

Please note: The Design Kick-Starter does not include post-consultation product sourcing or research, renderings, floor plans, design boards, multiple product options, revisions, or a complete room design. If our conversation identifies pieces you'd like me to source afterward, additional research and sourcing can easily be added through A La Carte Sourcing.

Floor planning:

For clients who prefer to select their own furniture but need professional guidance on layout and scale. I’ll help you make the most of your space with a tailored floor plan.

 What’s included:

• Virtual consultation

• 3D render with furniture scaled to your room

• Sizing guideline to ensure correct proportions

• Video walkthrough of your floor plan

What’s not included:

• Furniture or decor sourcing

• Mood boards or revisions (additional revisions billed at $200/hr)

A La Carte Sourcing

Need help finding a few key pieces? Whether it’s the perfect rug, a statement light fixture, or finishing accessories, I’ll source thoughtful options tailored to your space.

What’s included:

• Product boards and shopping list with direct links

• Sourcing of 3–7 items per hour, depending on complexity

What’s not included:

• Floor plans or 3D renderings

• Revisions (billed hourly if needed)

Hourly sourcing blocks:

Decorating Emergency

For the client who needs answers—fast. Whether you’re hosting an event, moving in a hurry, or just can’t look at that blank wall for one more day, this service is designed to get you unstuck. Within 7 days of booking, we’ll meet via video call to talk through your design dilemma and give you clear, actionable advice.

In-person consultations may be available depending on my schedule and include an additional $150 fee.

This is a premium, fast-track service meant for one-off, urgent needs—not for full room design. If you’re looking for a more comprehensive plan, see our Full Service Room Design offering.

What’s Included:

• A 60-minute video call scheduled within 7 days of booking
