No stuffy details, no confusing pricing models — just excellent, transparent, and affordable interior design.

Full room design (E-Design Friendly)

We start with a video consultation and knock out the details. We get inspired and start designing. I present a plan — complete with a mood board, room layout, and a shopping list. You give feedback and we revise and refine. You approve the design and start shopping! Sit back, and enjoy your new space (that only YOU know was designed on a budget!).

What’s included:

• A virtual consult where I get to know you, your needs for the space, and discuss the process

• Selection of furniture, decor (including wall art, mirrors, pillows, and rugs), lighting, ready-made curtains/shades, and paint color

• A design board, which is a visual representation of what your space will look like with the recommended furniture and decor and a birds eye view floor plan

• A shopping list with links to the products

• Two revisions

What’s not included:

• Specific room styling accessories (e.g. bookshelf and tabletop decor)

• Selection or design of custom furniture

• Selection or design of custom window treatments

• In-person consultation and measurements

  • If you'd like me to come to your home to see it in person and take measurements, there is an additional fee of $250 for Pittsburgh based clients 

Design service starts at $1,500 per room and is quoted after consultation

Design Kick-Starter Consultations

Ever wish your best girlfriend was a designer? Someone to bounce some ideas off, but not a full blown room design? This service is for the client who has a strong design sense, but needs a small nudge when it comes to decision making. We’ll schedule a video call or in-person meeting, you’ll walk me through your space(s) and I’ll make suggestions. If I suggest any specific products, I’ll send those to you via email after the consult.

Examples of what we can do together:

• Select furniture and decor to complete a space

• Pick out light fixtures

• Review renovation plans

• Advice for wall decor and styling ideas

• Review your own design ideas (I’ll be your second set of eyes!)

What’s not included:

• A design board

• A to-scale floor plan

• A shopping/ sourcing list

Virtual consultations are $300 for a virtual hour meeting and follow up email with design file from our meeting. In-person consultations in Pittsburgh are $400 for an hour in-person consultation and follow up email with design file from our meeting.

Bonus: add on additional 30 minute follow-up video call for $75.  Book a 30 minute follow-up call up to 6 months after consultation to check on furniture placement, product questions, or anything that might pop up after our initial meeting.  Follow-up calls can only be booked if you've already had a consultation and do not include follow up email.

Floor planning:

Are you someone who can take a concept and run with it? This service is for a client who wants to select their own furniture, but needs support in floor plan options and sizing guidelines.  Clients will send measurements of the room, discuss their needs with me, and I'll create a floorplan, sizing guideline, and video presentation.  If you live in the greater Pittsburgh area would like me to measure and assess the space in person before preparing your design plan, consultations are available for $250 for a one hour session.

What’s included:

• A 3D render with verbal video presentation explaining choices

• A sizing guideline document

What’s not included:

• A complete shopping list (no furniture/art/textile sourcing)

• A design mood board

• Revisions (revisions will be billed at hourly rate of $150/hr with a one hour minimum)

· In-person consultation and measurements. If you'd like me to come to your home to see it in person and take measurements, there is an additional fee of $250 for Pittsburgh based clients 

Cost: The floor planning service is $200/hr and typically takes 2-5 hours depending on needs and size of room.

A LA CARTE SOURCING:

This Service is a great add on if you'd like additional support sourcing a few items after a consultation.  Maybe you don't have enough items for a full room design, but still want some help picking a few special pieces for one or more rooms. Hourly sourcing must be purchased in blocks, and time expires a year after purchase. I'll alert you when you have one hour remaining.  Depending on complexity, you can expect to receive 3-7 products per hour and I'm happy to discuss the best block option for you.  This can only be used on virtual sourcing.  If travel is required, additional fees may be applied. 

This service offers product boards and a shopping list only, and does not include floor plans, presentations, or life-like design boards.

• 10 hour block: $2,000

• 5 hour block: $1,125

• 3 hour block: $750
